1st VIII - Custom Mazu Gilet

For the 1st VIII Custom Mazu Gilet once a women's or men's size is selected, the embroidery under the logo will then match the gender of the garment.

Women's 1st VIII or Men's 1st VIII will be embroidered under the club logo, depending on whether you ordered a men's or women's Mazu Gilet. If you want to order a male cut garment with the Women's 1st VIII, for example, then you will need to contact us, to let us know, once your order has been placed online.

This custom-made, high-tech Gilet is designed for rowing and delivers improved comfort and weather resistance combined with stunning aesthetics to provide superb performance and visual results.

The streamline cut is engineered for a close anatomical fit to work with the body. Elastane has been blended into the fabric structure to allow flexibility for movement through the catch whilst cutting in close at the midriff to ensure freedom of movement as you tap down. Available in a men's and women's cut, with the female specific sizes offering a more generous fit in the chest and hip area .

Fabric

The GX Hydrashell outer is a specialist 3-layer composition which traps air to provide thermal insulation whilst simultaneously allowing efficient perspiration transportation, ensuring you stay dry and warm. The fabric is treated with a durable flourocarbon coating to repel water and is guaranteed to remain effective for 50 washes. 

The GC Fleece lining provides warmth for those cold days out on the water . Those wanting additional a lighter-weight, cooler gilet can opt to have a lightweight GS Breeze mesh lining instead.
