Developed and extensively tested by the Godfrey Bikewear Race Team in some of the most prestigious and demanding races on the UK calendar, we set out to create a jersey which is tailored specifically for cycling at the highest level. With that in mind, we have introduced new fabrics and cuts to ensure a close, aerodynamic fit, with minimal creasing and all-day comfort.
Our new GS-Monic fabric forms the main areas of the torso and sleeves, and uses a high elastane content to form to the rider’s body, with a 15% improvement in moisture management over 100% polyester fabrics. Constructed from Eclipse yarn, GS-Monic is opaque, to protect your dignity, and has UVA/UVB protection. We combine this with our tried and tested GS-Chrono fabric on the side panels, with its honeycomb structure boosting breathability and encouraging airflow around the body to keep you cool. Lastly, the sleeves are finished with our new GS-AeroGrip fabric. A low profile, silicone-backed elastic gripper, GS-AeroGrip forms a smooth junction with the arms to keep sleeves firmly in place and improve aerodynamics without compromising comfort.
The Elite jerseys also features a lighter weight, full length zip, three rear pockets, and extensive tailoring to ensure an optimal fit on the bike.
