This 3-piece modular squat wedge stacks to four incline angles. You can start gentle and increase the angle as your mobility improves, whether you're warming up, lifting or recovering.

Four angles, one set
Use the blocks alone or stacked to set your incline at 8.5°, 17°, 25.5° or 34°. The lower angles suit heel-elevated squats and warm-ups. The steeper angles give a deeper stretch through the calves and ankles.

Built for squats, stretching and mobility
Raising your heels helps you sit deeper into a squat with a more upright torso, so you can focus on depth and movement quality. You can also use the slant board to stretch your calves, shins and hamstrings as part of your warm-up, cool-down or recovery routine.

Tough, stable and waterproof
The wedges are made from durable EPP foam and support up to 200 kg without deforming. They're lightweight but feel solid underfoot, and because they're waterproof you can wipe them clean after a sweaty session.

Compact enough to go anywhere
Each block measures 30 × 16 cm and stacks neatly for storage. They work in a commercial gym, a home setup or a kit bag for training on the road.
