Custom kit is made specifically for that order, and cannot be re-sold like regular stocked items. For this reason, custom kit is non-refundable. Except in the rare case of a quality issue, in which case, please contact sales@godfrey.co.uk and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

At Godfrey, we invest time in making our kit just right for you, and we have a stringent Quality Checking department. However, if in the rare circumstance you are unhappy with your stocked kit purchase, you can return the product using our downloadable Returns Form here.

Any item returned to us must be received within 30 days of delivery, and in the original unworn condition

Costs of shipping any goods eligible for return or exchange are to be met by the customer. We advise customers to obtain a Certificate of Posting
