The Godfrey Elite & Mazu Gilet is designed to be a fitted garment, (following the contours of the male or female form), however we have allowed 1" (2.5cm) extra room to accommodate for layering garments underneath. As the Elite & Mazu Gilets are anatomically designed sports gilets there is less room for as many layers than our Classic Gilets, and G4 & G2 Splash Jackets. Please take this into consideration when choosing your size.

This custom-made, high-tech Gilet is designed for rowing and delivers improved comfort and weather resistance combined with stunning aesthetics to provide superb performance and visual results.
The streamline cut is engineered for a close anatomical fit to work with the body. Elastane has been blended into the fabric structure to allow flexibility for movement through the catch whilst cutting in close at the midriff to ensure freedom of movement as you tap down. Available in a men's and women's cut, with the female specific sizes offering a more generous fit in the chest and hip area.

Fabric
The GX Hydrashell outer is a specialist 3-layer composition which traps air to provide thermal insulation whilst simultaneously allowing efficient perspiration transportation, ensuring you stay dry and warm. The fabric is treated with a durable flourocarbon coating to repel water and is guaranteed to remain effective for 50 washes.
There are two choices of fabric lining to choose from so have a read and decied what is best for you;
The GC Fleece lining provides warmth for those cold days out on the water.Those wanting additional a lighter-weight, cooler gilet can opt to have a lightweight GS Breeze mesh lining instead. The lightweight GS Breeze lining provides a moisture-wicking, breathable layer to enhance performance and help keep the body cool during intense activity.
